Have a Happy AR Christmas in Trick Eye Museum

Contest Terms and Condition:
1. By taking part in the Contest, participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out herein.
2. To be eligible for this contest, participants must upload a photo or video with Christmas AR effects taken in Trick Eye Museum Singapore using the TrickEye-Singapore mobile app onto their Facebook or Instagram accounts. Qualifying posts must include #trickeyesg and #TEMXmas2017, and must be made public on the participant’s social media account
s. 3. Each uploaded photo or video that meets the Contest requirements constitutes 1 entry to the Contest.
4. Each participant is entitled to 1 entry to the Contest.
5. Each qualifying entry stands a chance to win one of 5 prizes:
- 1st Prize: 2 return air tickets from Singapore to Seoul and a pair of tickets to visit Trick Eye Museum in Hongdae.
- 2nd Prize: 2D1N Staycation in Singapore
- 3rd Prize: $300 Mystery Gift Box
- 4th Prize: $200 Mystery Gift Box
- 5th Prize: $100 Mystery Gift Box
6. Trick Eye Museum Singapore may disqualify entries that are late, misdirected, incomplete, corrupted, lost, illegible or invalid.
7. All photos and/or videos submitted for the purpose of the Christmas AR Contest will be uploaded onto Trick Eye Museum’s social media pages and/or website for publicity and marketing purposes.
8. Trick Eye Museum Singapore reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Christmas AR Contest, extend or resume the entry period, or disqualify any participant or entry at any time without prior notice to the public.
9. The Contest will be terminated if it cannot be guaranteed that the Contest can be carried out fairly or correctly for technical, legal or other reasons, or if any person is suspected to have manipulated entries or results, provided false information, or acted unethically.
10. If the Contest is cancelled or terminated, prizes may be forfeited or awarded in any manner that Trick Eye Museum Singapore deems fair and appropriate, consistent with local laws governing the contest.
11. The decision of Trick Eye Museum Singapore on all matters relating to the Contest is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
12. This includes every situation including any not covered in these terms and conditions, shall be final and binding on all participants in the contest, and no queries, challenges or appeals may be made or entertained regarding Trick Eye Museum Singapore’s decision on the same.
13. Trick Eye Museum Singapore reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
